He was a communicant of St. George Church, Westport. He was formerly employed as an order-picker for Kay Windsor of New Bedford and a member of the I.L.G.W.U. Mr. Orr was an U.S. Army Veteran serving in World War II.
Beside his wife survivors include two sons: Steven J. Orr and his wife Denise St. Denis of Westport and Douglas P. Orr of Westport; two brothers: Raymond Orr and his wife Aida of Westport and Frank E. Orr of Westport; a granddaughter; two great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; several nieces and nephews.
