Commitment service of the remains of John F. O'Sullivan to his final resting place at the Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Niskayuna, N.Y. on Friday, October 23rd 2015 at 10:30 a.m.

This is part of the obituary published in Albany Times Union on October 24th 2013.

John was a licensed professional engineer and spent 52 years in the construction industry.

He worked for the (NYS) New York State Department of Transportation for 32 years, constructing roads and bridges in Region 1.

After retirement, he went on to work as an engineer with some local, private companies and most recently working in Schenectady, N.Y. as Project Engineer, rebuilding Erie Boulevard.

It's rare to find a person, who has not driven on a road or across a bridge that was improved by John.

He leaves behind a legacy of professionalism, integrity and true caring for his many friends and coworkers.
