Graveside services will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 9101 Kern Canyon Rd., on Monday, December 12, 2005, at 10:30 a.m., for Evelyn LeViner O'Brien, 94, who passed away December 7, 2005. Visitation will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Chapel, 3700 River Blvd., Sunday, December 11, 2005, from noon to 9 p.m.
Evelyn was born in Midland, Indiana on July 13, 1911 to Vance and Delilah Matthews. She married Grover LeViner and worked as the bookkeeper for LeViner Electric for many years. After Grovers passing, she married Clarence (Pat) O'Brien. She enjoyed singing, traveling, ceramics, crocheting, sewing and most of all being with her family.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Deanna LeViner; granddaughters, Shanna LeViner and Janeen Pierce and husband, Curt Pierce; great-grandchildren, Mason and Emily Pierce and a very special grandniece, Cindy Sandoval and family.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Doughtery and all the staff at Glenwood Skilled Nursing for their wonderful care. Evelyn will be greatly missed.
