IVIE JEAN NORVELL, 70, of Millington, loving wife and mother, and co-owner of Norvell's Millington Body Works, died Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at Methodist North Hospital. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, May 31, and funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, June 1 at Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel. Interment Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery. Mrs. Norvell was preceded in death by both parents, James Mitchell Powell and Theaetter Powell; and a brother, Alford Powell. She leaves her husband, William R. Norvell; two daughters, Sandra Norvell and Michelle Rickard (Rick), both of Bartlett; one sister, Jolene Alford of Fulton, TN; one brother, Eugene Powell of Benton, KY; and five grandchildren, Chella Norvell, Kayla Rickard, Kelsey Rickard, Jackson Rickard, and Joshua Rickard, all of Bartlett.
