Douglas D. Norfleet, 51, of LeRoy, passed away at 3:19 p.m. Sunday (Sept. 21, 2014) at his residence. He fought a long and courageous battle with cancer.
He was born Oct. 6, 1962 in Bloomington to Waldon and Phyllis Cline Norfleet. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joe and Elsie Norfleet and Floyd and Elsie Cline and a special cousin, Jeff Mitchell.
Survivors include his parents; his sisters, Pam (Lenny) Glaub and Peggy (Jeff) Hart and nieces and nephews, Megan Monahan, Joshua (Mallory) Monahan; Ryan Hart and Macie Whitehouse.
He worked as a millwright at Grain-Flo in Heyworth since 2000.
