neral services were conducted at 2 p. m. today for Mrs. Anna Johnson, 81, South Prairie, at the Highland Prairie Lutheran church. Preliminary services were conducted at the home at 1:30 p. m. The Rev. N. S. Magelssen officiated. Mrs. Johnson, formerly Anna Nordness, daughter of Mikkel and Marglt Nordnessafter her marriage to Robert Johnson made her home on their farm on South Prairie where she lived until her death September 13. Mr. Johnson died in 1919. Mrs. Johnson had been confined to her bed the past five weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Johnson had eight children. Two, Alfred and Mrs. Carl (Adeline) HJelle. are dead. Survivors are Mrs. Hans (Millie) Nordness, Hannah, Alfred, Hilda and Mrs _Arnt (Selma) Hegland, South Prairieand Arthur, North Prairie. Pallbearers were Hans Nordgaard, Hans Nordness, John E. Johnson, Arnt Hegland, Carl Hjelle and Evan Engebretson.
