Teresa was born March 17, 1945, in Atlanta, GA., she is the daughter of the late Clyde Samuel and the late Ella Jean Beck Noland.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Clyde E. Adkins, and two daughters, Jennifer Sue Stinebring of Louisa, KY., Joanie Adkins of Louisa, KY, sister of one sister, Karen Rogers of Jackson, GA., and two brothers, Alan R. Lanier of GA., Rodney Lanier of AL.
The funeral will be held 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 25, 2012, at Wilson Funeral Home Louisa, KY., with Rev. Ron Burger officiating. Burial will be in Adkins Cemetery, Louisa, KY.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, October 24, 2012, at the funeral home.
