She was preceded in death by her husband, John Thurman Baldwin, and siblings Marguerite Noah Stubbins, Eloise Noah Hunt, Mary Louise Noah Strader, Annie Noah and Charles Walter Noah.
She is survived by her daughter, Lynn Baldwin Nowak of San Antonio, and sons John Robert Baldwin of Canterbury, CT, and James Walter Baldwin of Palm Bay, FL, grandchildren Leigh Montgomery Baldwin of San Antonio, Nickolas Steven Nowak of Austin, Matthew Noah Baldwin of Canterbury, Jeanne Lynn Baldwin of Boston, Massachusetts and many nieces and nephews.
Frances was a travel agent with Belair Travel in Bowie, Maryland for over 25 years and enjoyed seeing the world with her husband, spending many wedding anniversaries in various locations around the world.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Graveside services are planned for May, 2015, at Greenhill Cemetery in Greensboro, North Carolina.
The family wishes to express grateful appreciation to the Brookdale Hospice Innovative Senior Care team for all their kind and loving care and to University United Methodist Church for their wonderful support through visitations and prayers.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association.
