Marie M. Losey, 84, was born Sunday November 4, 1928 in Chicago to the late Niels and Elfie (nee Olsen) Nielsen, and passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at her home in Mount Prospect. She was the beloved wife, for 59 years, of Donald E. Losey (they met on Valentine day Feb 14, 1953 at a wedding); loving mother of Diane (John) Clouse, Donald P. (Pamela) Losey, and Donna Mangurian; very proud grandmother of Mark Mangurian, Katie (Jason) Weinberg, Valerie Mangurian, Brandon (fiancee Laura Spielmann) Losey, Ryan Clouse, and Nicole Clouse;(very proud great-grandmother of Madeline Weinberg) caring sister of the late Niels Nielsen, Jr., and the late Donna Mau Loewe, and Lynne (the late John) Duboff; kind aunt of many nieces and nephews. Marie loved spending time with her family, reading, crocheting, needlepointing, and even cleaning! She was employed by the Marriott Corporation for 20 years, providing food service on the Allstate campus. Visitation, Tuesday, 3-8pm, at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Private funeral services will be held Wednesday. Entombment Memory Gardens Cemetery.
