Daughter of Phillip and the late Joyce Bays Nicely.
Surviving are husband, Kenneth Fitzpatrick of Knoxville; daughter, Brittney Fitzpatrick of Maynardville; brother, Greg Nicley, and father, Phillip; grandmother, Maggie Savage; aunts, Debbra Hamilton and Margaret McBee all of Maynardville; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral 7:00 p.m. Friday in Cooke-Campbell Chapel, Rev. Joe and Rev. Jason Nicley officiating. Family will receive friends 5:00 - 7:00, prior to services. Interment 12:00 noon, Saturday, in the Pleasant View Cemetery.
