Russell was predeceased by his father, Lloyd and brothers, Greg and Randy. Survivors include his mother, Priscilla McCollum, Inverness; son, Timothy Wetter, North Carolina; uncles, Larry Newcity, Tampa, Jim Sumner (Patty) Sun City Center, Dan and Roger Sumner, Weeki Wachee, and Mark Sumner of Tampa.
A graveside service for Mr. Newcity will be 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 26, 2012 at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Inverness. Pastor Dairold Rushing of First Assembly of God, will preside. Heinz Funeral Home & Cremation, Inverness.
