Services will be held Sunday July 6,2008 at 3 p.m.,in Cool Springs Primitive Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Carter was born in Bullock County, the daughter of the late Eddie W. NeSmith and Ruby Mae Deal Bryant.She was the widow of the late Johnnie H. Carter.She was preceded in death by her daughter;Sandra Smith and by her Brothers; Bud Bryant, E.D. Bryant, her Sisters; Sarah Rosa,Polly Phillips and Jean Pittman.
Mrs Carter was a Homemaker and a member of Cool Springs Primitive Baptist Church.
