WILLIAMSBURG - Elizabeth Neff Carroll, 86, died Sunday, Oct. 4, 1998, in Williamsburg.
A Richmond native, Mrs. Carroll had been a Williamsburg resident for many years and had worked in several area hotels and motels before her retirement. She had attended Williamsburg Baptist Church.
The widow of Melvin Carroll, she is survived by her dearest friends, Tammy Hardy and Elena Miller of Williamsburg, and several other friends and relatives.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 7, 1998, in Cedar Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Bob Kidd officiating. Friends may call at Bucktrout of Williamsburg on Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
