Survivors include his wife, of the home; three sons, Larry Neer, Sparks, OK, Bruce Neer, Gore, OK and Mike Neer, Sallisaw, OK; four sisters, Ruth Gilliam, Chandler, OK and Ella Jean Bryan, Lucille Jenkins and Clara Little, all of Meeker, OK; a brother, Leo Neer, Kennewick, WA; and six grandchildren.
