Lena Mae Cobb
January 16, 1916 – June 6, 2010
Lena Mae Cobb, 94, of Owens Cross Roads, passed away Sunday.
She was preceded in death by her husband, of 62 yrs. Jewel Richard Cobb, father, Faith Neal, mother, Elivine Rigsby Neal, daughter, Rilla Mae Houk, 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Surviving are daughter, Marilyn Thrope of Newborn, TN, daughter, Jewel Fox of Owens Cross Roads, daughter, Linda Patton of Waleska, GA, son, J. W. Cobb of New Hope, daughter, Kathey Benham of Owens Cross Roads, 21 great grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren, and numerous friends
Visitation will be Tuesday 6 PM to 8 PM and Wednesday 5 PM to 8 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel, Thursday at 11:00 AM with Bro. Ollie Cooper officiating.
Interment will follow in the Green Valley Cemetery.
