Barbara Dare 76, passed away on May, 7, 2011. She was born May, 21, 1934, in Chicago, Illinois to Robert and Marion Nast.
Barbara was preceded in death by both of her parents and her son, Mark Rulon Dare.
Barbara is survived by her husband of 54 years, Richard Dare; children, Lynne Mitschke and husband Durwin, Lorraine Marquis and husband Bret and Sally Dare; grandchildren, Jennifer, Andrew, Brent, Anthony, Jacqueline and Richard; great-grandchild, Finn; brother, Robert Nast; along with many other family members and friends.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas, 77079. A Funeral Service will be held at Holy Spirit Episcopal Church, 12535 Perthshire Road, Houston, Texas, 77024, 713-468-7796 on Wednesday, May, 11, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
