Don was born in Chicago on February 8, 1928. There he met the love of his life, Joan, his wife of nearly sixty years. In 1951, after discharge from the Army, he moved with Joan to California, where his family grew.
He will be remembered as a hard working man who cherished his famiy. Don worked as an electronic engineer for thirty-two years at North American Rockwell. Following his retirement he created his firm, Pearl Elect, for an additional ten years. The last twenty years were spent enjoying the "good life" at the beach with family and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 21, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Hillside Memorial Park.
