Billie Mullikin Baker, 84; of Jeffersonville
Funeral services for Billie Baker, 84, of Jeffersonville, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 20, at Scott Funeral Homes Main Street Chapel, Jeffersonville, with burial in Kraft-Graceland Mausoleum, New Albany. She died Sunday, May 17, 2009, at Clark Memorial Hospital, Jeffersonville.
She was a native of Milton, Ky., a longtime member of First Christian Church in Jeffersonville and a retired teacher's aide at Maple Elementary School.
Survivors include her son, Robert Baker Jr., of New Albany; daughter, Nancy Pollard and her husband, Lonnie, of East Alton, Ill.; grandchildren, Stephen Baker and his wife, Melissa, of Henryville, Stan Pollard of Irving, Texas, and Lisa Fuller and her husband, Todd, of St. Charles, Mo.; great-grandchildren, Dustin and Devon Baker, of Henryville, and Jonathan, Justin and Megan Fuller of St. Charles, Mo.; and friend, Annie Pendelton, of Georgetown.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Baker; and her parents, Cecil and Ruby Mullikin.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3 to 8 p.m. today and from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
