He was the motor pool supervisor for the City of Miami for 25 years.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Marguerite Mullens of Port St. Lucie; sons, Eric Mullens of Sunrise and Neil Mullens of Jacksonville; and brother, Keith Mullens of Charleston.
SERVICES: Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Nov. 13 at the Aycock Funeral Home, Port St. Lucie. Committal services will follow at 1 p.m. Nov. 13 at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth.
