Dorothy M. Judge, 89, of Grayville, died Sunday, Oct. 2, 2011, at Wabash General Hospital in Mt. Carmel.
She was born Sept. 11, 1922, in Grayville, the daughter of Lemuel E. and Luella (Handley) Mosbarger. She married James T. Judge on Feb. 25, 1946, and he survives.
Dorothy was a homemaker and member of First Christian Church in Grayville. Her work career outside her home included working for Yoos Chiropractic Clinic and the Country Kitchen. She was an avid reader and enjoyed dancing in her younger years.
Survivors include her husband, James Judge of Grayville; four sons and their wives, Roy and Vickie Judge of Burke, Va., Bruce and Nancy Judge of Pacheco, Calif., Dennis and Deanna Judge, and Larry "Chip" and Michelle Judge of Grayville; a brother, Bob Mosbarger and his wife, Minnie of Grayville; a sister-in-law, Helen Mosbarger Baker of Grayville; five grandchildren, Dennis Judge Jr., Jimmy Judge and his wife, Lindsey, Steven Judge, Jaime Judge and Jacob Judge; and one great-grandchild, Connor Judge.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lemuel and Luella Mosbarger; three brothers, Woodrow, Raymond and Edward "Buddy" Mosbarger; and two sisters, Neva Mode and Emma Ellen Millar.
Visitation and funeral service will be Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2011, at Cook Funeral Chapel in Grayville. Visitation is at 11 a.m. and the funeral at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Grayville. Memorials may be made to Grayville First Christian Church and will be accepted at Cook Funeral Chapel in Grayville.
