MILDRED A. FENN passed away peacefully at her son's home on Thursday, July 17, 2014 in Iola, WI.

She was born August 16, 1939 in Waupaca, WI; daughter of George and Camilla (Stenson) Morey. On August 8, 1959, Millie married William J. Fenn, Sr. in Oshkosh, WI and together they shared 24 years of marriage before his passing on May 24, 1984.

Millie is survived by her four children: Colleen Fenn of Waupaca, WI, William J. (Kym) Fenn, Jr. of Sisters, OR, Lorraine Fenn of Terrebonne, OR, and Michael (Melissa) Fenn of Iola, WI; grandchildren: William J. Fenn, III, Renea Gregory, Nick Moss, and Sabrina Gustat; Carole Ann, Stacy, Alicia, and Robin Johnson, Jr.; Ashley and Keith Fenn; great-grandchildren: Owen, Skyler, Taylee, Trey, Landon, Payton, and Robert; two sisters-in-law: Helen Morey of Waupaca, WI and Jean Morey of Waupaca, WI. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Camilla Morey; her husband, William J. Fenn, Sr.; five brothers, Gordon, Phillip, Donald, Louis, and C. Ray Morey; and four sisters, Valerie Greiner, Cecil Morrison, Phyllis Morey, and Josephine Teeters.

A Funeral Service will be on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at 4:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca, WI. Brenda Hewitt officiating, assisted by President David Siebert and Michael Munk. A visitation will be held on Thursday from 3:00 – 4:00 PM at the Holly Funeral Home. Burial will be at Rural Cemetery in the Town of Dayton, WI.

The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
