Odith L. Ferrell of Colton, born in Winslow, Arizona, lived in colton for 60 years, died Friday in a San Bernardino hospital at the age of 64. Ferrell was veteran of service in the Army during World War II, was a heavy equipment operator for L. Yeager Co. and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local No. 166. He was survived by his mother, Ila of Colton, and a son, Carl VanBuger of Victorville. Private graveside services were held on Tuesday in Montecito Memorial Park with Colton Funeral Chapel in charge of the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the San Bernardino County Heart Association.
