Mrs. Edmiston is the wife of Air Force Retired M/SG David G. Edmiston. She is preceded in death by 2 brothers, CPL Robert R. Moone, USMC, Ralph (Bud) Moone, and a sister, Shirley Moone Lucier. She was born in Waterbury, CT and was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ralph R. Moone of Southington, CT.

She served in the US Air Force as a communications specialist. She was employed by the Dept. of the Air Force and by the Dept. of the Army as a Library Technician. She retired in 1997.

Visitation will be held at Thomas Poteet & Son on Friday, January 25, 2013 from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Funeral services will be on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Dr. Pauline Hughes officiating.Beverly Moone Edmiston

Mrs. Edmiston is the wife of Air Force Retired M/SG David G. Edmiston. She is preceded in death by 2 brothers, CPL Robert R. Moone, USMC, Ralph (Bud) Moone, and a sister, Shirley Moone Lucier. She was born in Waterbury, CT and was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ralph R. Moone of Southington, CT.

Besides her husband, Mrs. Edmiston is survived by 3 daughters, Mona and Daniel Bock of Marysville, MI, Laura and Bennie McManus of Grovetown, and Melissa Johnson of Grovetown, and 1 son, David and Kathy Edmiston of Augusta. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, Deborah (Chris) Sanders, Daniel Bock, and Karl (Sarah) Bock of Marysville, MI, Stephen Safford of Grovetown, Cat Mon Couer (Martin) of Alexandria, VA, and Jennifer and Timothy Johnson of Grovetown, and 3 great grandchildren, Hunter Safford of Charleston, SC, and Elizabeth Bock and Seth Lindow of Port Huron, MI. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
