"DEATH OF W. A. MONTGOMERY. Millerton, April 4. – W. A. Montgomery, a resident of West Jackson for many years, died at his home in Southport Sunday evening, March 27, after a long illness aged about 60 years. The funeral was held at the West Jackson church Wednesday; burial at Alder Run. Deceased is survived by his widow, one son Cecil, of West Jackson and four daughters, Mrs. Fred Friends, of West Jackson; Mrs. Earl Graves, of West Point, Carrie of Long Island city and Mrs. Willard Wright of Southport; and one sister, of Elmira Heights."
