Born the youngest daughter of Ronald Mohr and Mabel Hake.

Marguerite was married three times:
1st in 1935 to Leonard White, they had 4 children
2nd in 1948 to Thomas Baker, they had 2 children
3rd in 1952 to Kenneth Abbey, they had 2 children

In 1937 Marguerite lost her sight, but that didn't stop her from doing all the things she needed or wanted to do. A homemaker all her life she cooked, canned, did all her own housework and raised 8 children. She also knitted and crocheted.

Marguerite had a wonderful sense of humor, liked country music, polkas and dancing.

NOTE: In the Bushnell Genealogy book it gives her middle name as Melissa, this is wrong, in fact, Marny had a good laugh over it.
