Deron Ahmad Mills, only 13 years of age, passed away Thursday June 30, 2016. A young man, filled with boundless energy and great potential, he will be greatly missed. Deron was a student at Ockerman Middle School in Florence, KY. During the brief time that Deron lived he touched the lives of loved ones, schoolmates and many people in the community at large. He was preceded in death by Patricia Morris and grandfathers Michael Woullard and Donnie Mills. Deron is survived by his mother Cherita Brown, father Deron Mills, grandmother Phyllis Redmond and siblings Chevon, Dymond, Heiress, K.T. Williams, Brandon, Sire, Daijon and Deon. Also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held Saturday July 9, 2016 from 8am to 10:30am with funeral services to follow at Christ Chapel Assembly of God Church at 3819 Turfway Rd, Erlanger, KY 41018. The burial will follow at Floral Hills Cemetery in Taylor Mills, KY.
