He is survived by three sons, Richard ArthurMiller, James Frances Miller, and Michael Anthony Miller; two daughters-in-law, Ann Anderson Miller and Sylvia Wheeler Miller; one brother, Irving Miller; and a granddaughter, Amy Elizabeth Miller; all of Richmond.
Mr. Miller was a retired communications engineer with C&P Telephone Company. During his career, he held several patents for electronic circuitry and was a member of the telephone company Pioneers. He also taught various classes in electronics at VCU. Mr. Miller was actively involved with Field Day of the Past in Rockville, Va.
