MRS. CECILE METZNER
Mrs. Cecile Metzner, 78, of 609 E. 5th St., Muncie, widow of Arthur Metzner, died Wednesday after an extended illness. Mrs. Metzner is a retired employee of the L. B. Price Company of Muncie. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include a brother, the Rev. K. E. Maynard of Muncie; a granddaughter, Mrs. Wilma Booker of Newbury, Ind.; three stepchildren, Mrs. Vada Flauding of Elkhart, Mrs. Hazel Jetter and Mrs. Fern Wood, both of Portland; six step-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral rites will be conducted at 2 p.m. today at the Stephens Funeral Home by the Rev. O. P. Van Y, and burial will be in Green Park Cemetery at Portland.
Friends may call at the mortuary.
