Mrs. Grace Allen, 78, of 2518 N. Knoxville, Peoria died Wednesday at St. Francis Hospital, Peoria.
Mrs Allen was born at Grand Rapids, Michigan on Aug. 8, 1881 to Jasper and Dorlisca Campbell Metzner and was the widow of Merwin Allen who she married at Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
Surviving are one granddaughter Mrs. Steven Lynch of California and one brother Ralph Metzner of Ft. Wayne, Indiana. A daughter Mrs. Laura Miller died here in 1953.
