MELLON, Doris Virginia 86, of Riverview, passed away May 1, 2015. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Riverview. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Raul Sampo. Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Hollis Mellon; two daughters, Virginia Kaye Sampo and Nancy Lee Scott and her husband, Samuel Price Scott, III; a son, Hollis David Mellon and his wife, Wenchi Mellon; three brothers, Claude Wright and his wife, Carolyn, Elias Wright and his wife, Mary and Harold B. Wright; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Friday, May 8, 2015 at Sun City Center Funeral Home, 1851 Rickenbacker Drive, Sun City Center. Funeral service will be 2 pm Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Calvary Chapel Brandon, 1331 Kings Way Road, Brandon. Burial in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
