Allie had attended school in Village Mills. As a young girl, she worked in the Beaumont and High Island areas, before moving to California and later in life, Arizona. She had recently moved to Fort Worth from Arizona where she had lived for many years.
In California, she worked for Boeing as an airplane technician, McDonald Douglas and retired from Motorola in Arizona at 70 years of age.
A Christian lady who loved travelling and writing and receiving letters, she traveled to many countries with the Hal Lindsey groups and with Freida on Holy Land tours.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Ramsey Clyde and Nettie Lou McBryde; brothers Horace B. McBryde, Billy J. McBryde and sisters Willie Vee Huff, Mable McCormick and Myrle McBryde.
Survivors include her brother R. C. McBryde and wife, Edith McBryde; sisters-in-law Gwinda McBryde, Aline McBryde and Annie Bee McCormick.
