She was the former Ann McWherter, a native of Barren County.
Survivors include her husband, Orten E. Baxter; a daughter, Mrs. Betty Campton; two sisters, Mrs. Edna Shipley of Park City and Mrs. Leota Powers; three brothers, Orville, Joe and Ralph McWherter; and two grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Arch L. Heady Okolona Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Highway, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation at the funeral home will be after 1 p.m. Friday.
