Married Stella Tucker on April 5, 1905
Clarence McVaigh, age 85, of 1119 East Butler Street passed away early this morning at the Richland Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness.
A lifelong resident of the County, Mr. McVaigh was born the son of John McVaigh and Rebecca Leist McVaigh. He was married to Stella Tucker and she survives him.
Also surviving are six children: Mrs. Gladys Weiss, Harold McVaigh, Maxine Elkins, Ruth Eckel and Leroy McVaigh, all of Olney, and Myrl Hasler of Paxton. There are 12 grandchildren and 21
great-grandchildren, and two brothers, James and Harry McVaigh, both of Olney. A son Rex McVaigh has preceded him in death.
Funeral arrangements are being completed at the Summers-Marshall Funeral Home.
Funeral servics for Clarence McVaigh of Olney will be held in the Memorial Chapel of the Summers-Marshall Funeral Home with Bro. Lyle Berry officiating. Interment wi be in Chrest Haven Memorial Park.
