Violet Crowley was the daughter of Marion and Maude Nance McNear. She married Leo William Crowley on March 26, 1932, in Mansfield, Illinois. He preceded her in death on March 11, 1987.
She is survived by two brothers, Henry Endsley and Ray Endsley, four children, Lucille (Bill) Stauffer, Shirley (Hubert) Price, Wayne (Joyce) and Darrell (Brenda), 21 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents.
Violet was employed as a cook at both Leonard's Nursing Home in Champaign, and the Mahomet-Seymour school system in Mahomet, but spent the majority of her life as a homemaker.
