MISSOURI WOMAN
DIES IN QUINCY

Mrs. Mary A. Brown,
Widow of Late
John H. Brown,
Died Yesterday Afternoon.

Mrs. Mary A. Brown, an old resident of Hannibal, Mo., and other places, and known here, where she had lived for the past year and a half, passed to rest at 4:40 o'clock yesterday afternoon at her home, 1007 North Fifth street. Death was caused by a fall which she suffered September 16, and old age hastened the end.

Decedent was born in Paris, Monroe county, Mo., on November 8, 1838, and at the time of demise was 76 years old. She was the daughter of Walter and Sarah McKey, and was married to the late John H. Brown. Three sons and two daughters survive her, Forrest, of St. Louis; D. B., of Hannibal; and Ed. G., of Saverton, Mo.; Mrs. E. Simms, of this city, and Mrs. T. E. Allison, of New London, Mo. There are also two brothers, Walter McKey of Hannibal, and Hugh McKey of Chicago, and one sister, Mrs. Eugene Arthur, of St. Louis.

The remains will be shipped to Hannibal, where the interment will take place tomorrow in the Mt. Olivet cemetery.
