Leominster, Aug 16 - The funeral of Mrs Julia A. Cavanagh was held from the W.P. Mallahy funeral home in Fitchburg, today, with a high mass of requiem celebrated at St. Leo's church at 10 o'clock by Rev. Francis J. O'Rourke.
The church contained a large congregation including delegations from the Daughters of Isabella and the Ladies' Auxiliary, A. O. H., and many friends from Fitchburg and other places. Vocal solos were sung by Franklyn Crowley and Mrs Frank LaFray.
The bearers were William, John, Martin and Francis Cavanagh, sons, and Charles and Frederick T. Dacey, nephews.
Burial was in St. Leo's cemetery, where Rev. Fr. O'Rourke also officiated.
