Mrs. Allen was born in Hickman County to the late Robert McGahey and Inis Estes McGahey England. She was the widow of the late Tom Wayne Allen. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Louise McFarlin; Roxie Smith; Virginia; and brothers, Floyd McGahey and Bob McGahey and by step papa, John "Doc" England. She was a retired employee of Levi Strauss and member of the Pentecostal Church of the Lord Jesus in Lyles. She is survived by her daughters, Carol Loveless and Janice Chessor both of Centerville; and Vicky Donegan of Linden; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; 3 step great-grandchildren; brother, Claude McGahey; and by several nieces and nephews.
