DIED AT MERRICK'S MILL
Mrs. Grace Hooker, wife of Theron Hooker, passed away at Merrick's saw mill Monday morning, the immediate cause od death being hemorrhage.
Mr. and Mrs. Hooker were married in October last, and were just starting on life's journey together with bright prospects when Death came, leaving the husband to journey the path alone.
Mr. Hooker has been emplyed at Merrick's mill during the past three years, and since their marriage the young couple have made that place their home.
The funeral services were held at the church at Alva yesterday, interrment being made in the cemetery at that place.
