Geraldine "Jerry" Sollinger passed away on March 11, 2012, at the age of 84, with her family by her side. Jerry was born February 13, 1928, in Clinton, WA. Jerry lived in the Wenatchee area, raising three children until moving to Friday Harbor, where she was homemaker and ran the family business, Sollinger Floor Covering. After retiring, Jerry moved back to Wenatchee, where she spent the remainder of her life. Jerry enjoyed working in her yard, crocheting, sewing and spending numerous hours creating books on the family genealogy.

Jerry was preceded in death by her son, Dennis; and is survived by her husband, Ron; son, Chuck Sollinger (Marianne); daughter, Vickie Lee (Gary); daughter, Sandy Sebestyen; and her special daughter, Joanne Wallace; grandchildren, Jenny Lovell (Scott), Kelly Sollinger (Jennifer), Angela Hamlin (Justin), Jason Lee, Steven Sebestyen (Alyson), Michael Sebestyen (Cassie), Krista Settles and Evan Stricker (Natalie); great-grandchildren, Garrett amd Madison Lovell, Isabelle Sollinger, Sydney Hamlin, Jazmine, Joshua, Jaxton and Grace Sebestyen, and Tripp, Wyatt, Dom and Alex Stricker.

A Celebration of Jerry's Life will be held by the family at a later date. Donations may be sent to the Cancer Society, in Jerry's name.

Jerry R. Sollinger, 84, of Wenatchee, died Sunday, March 11, 2012.

She had been a resident of Wenatchee for 63 years and had worked in the family business at Sollinger Floor Covering in Friday Harbor.

Survivors include her husband, Ron Sollinger of Wenatchee; and her children, Chuck Sollinger and Sandy Sebestyen, both of Wenatchee, Vickie Lee of Arlington and Joanne Wallace of East Wenatchee.

A celebration of life service will be announced at a later date.

Arrangements are by Telford's Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee
