Charles E. McClure,50 died at Trinity Hospital after a long illness. Born at Halleck, Nevada, he moved with his family to Sublette,KS when a small child. He married Edith Rector at Syracuse,Ks on April 4,1983. They moved to a farm north of Montezuma in 1939 and to a farm near Dodge City in1944.

He was a member of the Methodist Church and Moose Lodge both of Dodge City,KS.

Survivors are wife, Edith of the home, Sons: Donald,Larry,twins-Doyle and Dale all of the home; mother,Mae K.Frank of Phoenix,Ariz; brohters, Kelley of Sublette, Frank of Garden City and a sister, Mrs. William Good of Las Vegas.
