Arabella C. Allendorfer, 91, of New Providence, formerly of Oxford, died Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at Manor Care Health Services in Lancaster.

She was the wife of the late Henry F. Allendorfer, who died in 1981.

Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Alexander and Arabella Currie McClintock.

Arabella lived in Lower Oxford Township for 45 years, where she and her husband owned the Pine View Cabins from 1951-1977. She was a former member of the Bethel Lutheran Church in North East, MD and attended the Willow Street Baptist Church in Willow Street, PA.

She is survived by four daughters, Anita L. Shepherd of New Providence, Shirley E. Absher of Peach Bottom, Gloria J. Anderson and husband Jon of Oxford, and Sharon K. Hill and husband Cole of Drumore; fifteen grandchildren; thirty-one great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 22 at the Edward L. Collins Funeral Home, Inc., 86 Pine St., Oxford, PA, where family and friends called from 1 to 2 p.m.

Interment was in the Oxford Cemetery.
