Mrs. Catherine Brank, 90. died Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at her residence in Blakely, Ga. The funeral will be a Graveside Service, Saturday morning, May 1, 2010 at 10:00 A. M. in the Pine Lawn Gardens Cemetery, with Rev. Fred Hersey officiating.
Mrs. Brank was born Feb. 22, 1920 to the late William Alexander McBryde and Othella Caroline Williford McBryde. She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Blakely.
She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Judy Jordan Brank of Blakely, Ga., 2 grandchildren; Cathy Brank Green & husband Darian of Blakely and Billy Brank & wife Ann of Killeen, TX. and by 3 Great Grandchildren; Dylan Chandler Green, Jackson McBryde Green and Kristyn Anna Green all of Blakely, Ga.
Mrs. Brank was preceded in death, other than by her parents, by her husband; Donald E. Brank, her son; Roger Donald Brank, her grandparents; John & Anna Bella Caroline Graham McBryde and James Archibald and Margaret Jane Williford, 3 brothers; John Alexander McBryde, John Charles McBryde and William Hugh McBryde and 2 sisters; Margaret Ann McFarland and Naomi Caroline Emerick.
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made to Wiregrass Hospice, 432 E. Shotwell St., Bainbridge, Ga. 39819.
