Betty Lou Matson was a resident of Selma. She was born in Checotah, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by a son, Clarence P. Jr.
She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and Sister. She devoted her entire life to her family. She was known as "MeMa" to all who knew and loved her. MeMa was a 'peacekeeper' of the family, her love was unconditional. She loved her family, coffee, trips to Reno and new purses. Mema had a gentle soul and a soft heart.
She is survived by her daughters, Patsy Wallis, Rita Lamborn, and Barbara Jolliff; sister, Mary Newberry; brother, Billy Patterson; eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
Private Family Service will be held.
