One of the most largely attended funerals ever seen in Eureka was that of Misa Lillie Matheson which took place from Mr. James Brown's residence on G street yesterday afternoon. The deceased had many friends among the young people, with whom she was a general favorite. A number of them showed their sympathy and the esteem in which they held her by following all that was mortal of their lost friend to the grave. She was buried at Myrtle Grove cemetery, where her mother was also buried.
