Mrs. Elsie Matern Cliff (1892-1957), 65, longtime resident of Crescent City, died at 4 a.m. Saturday, in Fish Memorial Hospital, DeLand.
She came to Crescent City in 1918 from New York.
surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Alice Ethel Newbold, Crescent City, and Mrs. Edith Lucy Vrobel, Hampstead, Long Island, N.Y.
Services were at 3 p.m., Sunday, in the Episcopal Church, with Revs. Valentine Lowry and Morgan Ashley, officiating. Burial was in Eden Cemetery. Arrangements were made at Clayton Frank and Son Funeral Home.
