Services for Carmella Matarazzo Maiorano, 63, of 507 Lillian Ave. who died Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital, will be at 8:30 a.m. Thursday at Farone & Son Funeral Home and 9 a.m. in St. Daniel's Church. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, 1500 Park St.
Mrs. Maiorano was a life resident of the Syracuse area. She formerly was employed 30 years with Learbury's Clothes.
Mrs. Maiorano was a communicant of St. Daniel's Church and a member of the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America.
Surviving are her husband, Joseph; a daughter, Antoinette Muhl of Syracuse ; four sisters, Theresa Fillippone of Syracuse , Margaret Hennen of Phoenix, Ariz., and Julia Pompo and Santa Leogrande, both of Liverpool; two brothers, Anthony of Syracuse and the Rev. Sam Matarazzo, O.P., of New York City; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
