Nellie Mason Hartzog, age 75 of 5330 Hillcrest Road in Crestview, FL died Monday October 1, 2012. She was the daughter of Thomas and Pearlie Adams Mason.

Nellie loved making crafts and enjoyed giving them to her family and friends she called them (love gifts). Nellie passed down this special talent to her daughter Kristal. She was also an exceptional cook who loved to make country dinners for her family.

Nellie's unconditional love is what made her so special to her children, grandchildren, sisters, and friends. She can never be replaced.

Nellie was preceded in death by father, Thomas Mason; mother, Pearlie Mason; brothers, Arie, Ludue, and Hubert Mason, and Rhett Bedsole.

She is survived by one son, James Keith Kelley (Vera Martin) of Ponce de Leon, FL, one daughter, Kristal Dawn Kelley of Pensacola, FL, three grandchildren, Stevie Ziglar, DJ Martin, and Christopher Becker, two sisters, Annie Clyde Adams, Tina Gennell, and very special friend Peggy Sharpton.

Funeral services for Nellie Mason Hartzog: 11:00 AM Thursday October 4, 2012 from Evans Funeral Home with Harold Qualls officating.

Interment: at Almarante Cemetery in Laurel Hill, FL. A time of visitation will be from 6-8PM Wednesday at Evans Funeral Home.
