She lived life dedicated to loving and caring for her four children. She was born to Robert Clay Marshall and Ella Marshall. Roberta was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church of Alvin. She was also dedicated to her teaching profession. She was a substitute teacher in the Alvin schools for 15 years before becoming a full time First Grade teacher. She touched many lives before retiring in 1999. During these years she also enjoyed taking her four children fishing and crabbing. She is survived by her son, Michael Dillon, wife Laura and their girls Kaycee and Jaymee; daughter, Michele MacQueen, husband Scott and their children Aubrie, Lorin, Sam and Bethany; son, Matt Dillon and Sheri and their children Ethan, Tyler, Logan and Cody; daughter, Melissa Thomson, husband Jeff and their children Meghan and Adela Gomez and Dillon.
