MARGARET "VIRGINIA" SINON MARLEY, 80, of WALL, died Tuesday, May 1, at her daughter's house in Brick. She was born in Newark and lived in Kearny and Harrison before moving to Wall 17 years ago. She was employed as a bookkeeper for 20 years with A&P Food Market in Kearny, retiring in 1984. She was a former parishioner of St. Cecelia's Roman Catholic Church, Kearny. She was a former treasurer of the Mount Carmel Guild, Kearny.

She was predeceased by her son, John, in 1977. She is survived by two daughters, Virginia Williams and her husband Warren of Hackensack, and Faye M. Tyerech and her husband Louis of Brick; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at O'Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Road at Route 70, Brick. A Funeral Mass will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Friday at St. Martha's Roman Catholic Church, Point Pleasant. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made in her honor to The Cancer Concern Center, 1101 Richmond Ave., Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742.
