Cayuga, Ind. -- Jessie May Marlatt, the wife of Mr. Lewis "Warren" Marlatt and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Richardson of Cayuga, died Sunday, May 16, 1918 from the Spanish Flu.
The deceased was born on April 28, 1893, in Cayuga, Indiana, the only child of Frank Charles and Mary Elizabeth Gillis Richardson.
Funeral was held Tuesday and burial took place at Springhill Cemetery in Danville, Illinois.
Was an artist and painted. The son of Warren Marlatt by his second marriage has two plates that Jesse "Jess" painted.
